Stop using the product if it causes pain, numbness, excessive pressure, skin irritation, circulation problems, or other concerning symptoms.
4. Individual Results
Individual experiences with ACTIVILE products vary.
We do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same degree of comfort, support, pain reduction, mobility improvement, or other result.
Testimonials, customer experiences, photographs, survey results, or examples presented on our website represent individual experiences or the specific source described and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of identical results.

Customers remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment regarding their physical activity, environment, fitness level, and medical circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable
- incorrect pricing is displayed
- payment authorization fails
- fraud is suspected
- delivery information appears invalid
- an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
8. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.
Your bank, payment provider, or card issuer may charge currency conversion fees or other charges outside our control.
9. Discounts and Promotions
Promotional codes, discounts, bundles, gifts, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined
- promotions have no cash value
- discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
- we may modify or end promotions at any time before an order is placed
Orders already validly accepted will not be affected solely because a promotion later changes.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, severe weather, government action, transportation disruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect rights customers may have under applicable consumer law.
11. Customs and Import Charges
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by authorities in the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged goods, incorrect goods, and our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Cancellation
Because orders are processed through an automated system, customers should contact us within 1 hour of ordering if they wish to request cancellation.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment.
If an order cannot be cancelled, the customer may use our return procedure after delivery where eligible.
14. Optional Shipping Protection
Where optional shipping protection is offered, it constitutes an additional service connected to shipment of the order.
The shipping protection fee is non-refundable after processing except where required by law.
Any additional terms displayed when the protection is purchased form part of the agreement.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the ACTIVILE website, including but not limited to:
- ACTIVILE branding
- logos
- product names
- graphics
- photographs
- videos
- written copy
- designs
- website elements
is owned by us or used under appropriate authorization and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
16. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious.
Where you separately grant us permission to use submitted content for marketing, we may reproduce it according to the permission granted.

We do not accept responsibility for injuries or losses caused by a customer's decision to undertake physical activity contrary to medical advice or beyond their reasonable physical capacity.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This point is especially important for markets such as Australia, where consumer guarantees can include rights relating to foreseeable loss caused by a failure to meet statutory guarantees. ACCC
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SB Legacy Ecom e.U. from reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising directly from:

- your intentional violation of these Terms
- your infringement of third-party rights
- fraudulent or malicious activity conducted through your account
This provision does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Where applicable law grants consumers rights that cannot be waived by choosing Austrian law, those rights remain unaffected.
